At Glowverra, we are committed to your satisfaction with our beauty and skincare products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we've made our product return process straightforward and transparent. Your trust in Glowverra is paramount, and we're here to assist you.


Our Product Return Policy

You may apply for a return or exchange of your Glowverra product within 7 days from the date you received your order. We prioritize hygiene and product integrity, so certain conditions apply.


When Can You Return a Product?

To be eligible for a product return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrived in a damaged condition, is stained, or is defective.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong product name, shade, or size).

  • Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging. All seals, protective stickers, and tags must be intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

  • Original Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original invoice or a clear proof of purchase for the item.

Please Note:

  • No "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds for products if you simply change your mind after purchase. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

  • Sale Items: Products bought during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price are generally only eligible for return or exchange if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Any specific conditions for sale items will be clearly stated during the sale period.


How to Initiate a Product Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Within 7 days of receiving your order, send an email to our dedicated customer service team at sales@glowverra.pk.

  2. Provide Necessary Information: In your email, include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A clear and detailed explanation of why you wish to return the product (e.g., "damaged bottle," "wrong serum received").

    • Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, along with its original packaging. This visual proof is essential for our assessment.

  3. Await Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and respond with approval and detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days.

  4. Securely Pack Your Item: If your return is approved, please carefully pack the eligible product(s) in their original packaging. Ensure the item is well-protected to prevent any further damage during transit.

  5. Ship the Product Back: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to Glowverra. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service (like TCS or Leopards Courier Service) for your return, as Glowverra cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment. Our team will provide you with the correct return address.

  6. Share Tracking Details: Once you have dispatched the return parcel, please share the tracking number with our customer service team via email.


Refund & Exchange Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.

  • Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange after the inspection is complete.

  • Refunds (if approved):

    • For payments originally made via credit/debit card, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a bank transfer or via EasyPaisa/JazzCash. Our team will contact you for your preferred account details once the refund is approved.

    • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The refunded amount will be the product's purchase price minus any original shipping fees.

  • Exchanges (if approved):

    • We will dispatch the replacement product to you once the returned item has been received and inspected.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of comparable value.

    • Standard shipping timelines will apply to the delivery of your exchanged product.
